6. Tokens and Transactions

• 6.1. ORX Tokens: The Oriox platform may involve the use of ORX tokens ("Tokens"). You acknowledge that the value of Tokens can be volatile, and you bear the risk of any financial loss associated with the acquisition, use, or exchange of Tokens.

• 6.2. Transactions: All transactions on the Oriox platform, including the purchase, sale, or transfer of Tokens, are final and non-reversible. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of transaction details before completing any transaction.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Oriox, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
